The two-acre site comprising 24+Half, which is listed on the National Register of Historical Places and located within the Old Great Falls Historic District, presented a unique opportunity to activate one of Paterson’s most storied neighborhoods. 

By deploying a five-year master broken down into multiple phases — including extensive remediation efforts and steps to comply with city planning, historic preservation, and National Park Service requirements — we plan to revitalize this historic site into a thriving, first-of-its-kind mixed-use destination. Upon completion, 24+Half will elevate the quality of life for residents, tenants, and community members while driving broader economic activity for Paterson.
